For most applications, an email will be sent within minutes to the email provided, notifying you whether your application was approved. In some cases, where applications require further review, an email will be sent within 1-2 business days.

All applications will be reviewed to verify the business and ownership, within 1-2 business days.  After that review is complete an email will be sent notifying you whether your application was approved.

Yes.  When logging in using a web browser, you should note the “https” (rather than “http”) and a secured site icon (e.g., a lock) in the navigation.  We use encryption (i.e., encoding and scrambling of data) to help protect data. 

You will be required to provide personal information, such as your name, email address, date of birth, Social Security number, phone number, employment information, and address.

We will need information on the property, its owners, estimated amounts of existing loans on the property and estimated value. If you are consolidating debts, it is helpful to have and provide the lender and loan information during the application to expedite payment.

You will need to be an authorized principal, who can act on behalf of the business, in order to complete the application.  You will be required to provide information on the business, TIN, legal structure, where you operate, and the line of business, as well as personal information, such as name, date of birth, Social Security number, phone number and address for all signers on the account, 20% or greater owners of the business, and an executive officer or senior manager responsible for directing the business (CEO, CFO, COO).

Banking regulations require that the Bank obtain and verify personal information to identify each person opening an account. This is done by using your Social Security or Tax ID number in combination with your other personally identifiable information. 

Regulations also require us to identify the major (20+%) beneficiaries of each legal entity and to know who is directing the company's day to day operations.

At least one property owner must be a borrower. Additional owners are not required to apply or be a borrower, however, all owners must sign the title lien at closing.

Home Equity Lines of Credit are often used as a way to consolidate debts at a lower rate, refinance your property, make home improvements, buy another property and more.

The Pre-Qualification process can only be done based on one individual’s credit worthiness and income. You can do a full application with two applicants by returning to the site and selecting "APPLY" for the product you are interested in.

You can also add them as an Authorized User on your individual account. An authorized user is issued a credit card in their name, but we do not request their credit report from a consumer reporting agency and they are not legally responsible for repaying the credit card balance.

A joint owner must provide personal information, such as your name, email address, date of birth, Social Security number, phone number, employment information, and address.

Electronic transfer from another account, either an existing <Affiliate Name> account or one at another bank, sending a check, or completing a wire transfer.

Typically, funds become available within 2 to 5 business days after we receive the deposit.

For a pre-qualification, your credit is subjected to a soft inquiry, meaning it will not impact your credit score.  

If you chose to complete a full application for credit, a full credit inquiry will be run to determine eligibility. That inquiry will appear in your credit history and can impact your credit score.

The status of your application will be emailed to you within minutes.

After the account is set up, you will have access to your account via Online Banking and Mobile Banking by downloading our Mobile app.

Your card will be mailed to you within 7-10 business days.

You’ll have the opportunity to sign up for account options, including Mobile Fraud Alerts.

Once your application is complete and submitted, <Affiliate Name> will provide you with your new account number.

The status of your application will be emailed to you within minutes.

You can then sign up for account options, including Bill Pay and Direct Deposit.

If you requested a Debit/ATM Card, it will be mailed to you within 3-5 business days; the PIN will be mailed separately.

If you have a joint account, a signature card will be sent to the joint applicant to sign and return within 30 days or the account will be closed. 

After the account is set up, you will have access to your account via Online Banking and Mobile Banking by downloading our Mobile app.

The application will be reviewed within 1-2 business days and the status will be emailed to you once finalized.

Based on the structure of your business, all members, managers, or those designated in your business registration, will need to sign final documents authorizing the account.  Once signing is complete, the account will be opened. 

If you are funding with a transfer from <affiliate bank> or from another bank, funding will be initiated without any further action on your part.

If you choose wire or check to fund the account, you will need to initiate funding your account by mailing a check or contacting your other bank with your <affiliate bank> account number and routing number <insert routing number> to initiate a wire.

If you requested a Debit/ATM Card, it will be mailed to you within 3-5 business days after the account is funded; the PIN will be mailed separately.

All cards will be sent to the business mailing address.

After the account is set up, you will have access to your account via Online Banking and Mobile Banking by downloading our Mobile app.

You will be able to set up additional online users once you log in to online banking, this is not available in the mobile app.
